Q. How often does my favorite salt scrub get shipped to me?
A. That is up to you! You can set your account to ship every month, every other month or even once every three months. You are in control!

Q. I chose to receive a jar every other month, so will I be billed every month or every other month?
A. You will be billed based on the frequency you sign up for.  So if you signed up to receive a jar monthly, you will be billed one per/month and a jar will ship out once per/month.  If you signed up to receive a jar every other month, then you will be billed every other month and a jar will ship out every other month.

Q. I’ve signed up for bi-monthly replenishment however I want to change to monthly – how do I do that?  
A. For security reasons we need to make that change for you however it’s easy.  Simply send us a quick note via our Contact Form with your name and request and we’ll make the change for you ASAP!

Q. Is there a membership or set up fee?
A. No!  The club is free to join.  All you are ever charged for is the jar of salt scrub that is shipped to you, plus shipping.
